Key responsibilities:
Support time-sensitive pre-business activities for the consulting organization, including creating SOWs and gathering customer onboarding information
Manage a case management system to ensure timely updates and drive end-to-end resolution of requests
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the consulting organization
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in customer-facing roles
Experience with sensitive materials and handling confidential information
Familiarity with Salesforce and contract life cycle processes
Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize activities
