Senior People Ops & Compliance Lead

Zenity LTD. is seeking a Senior People Generalist to own employee records and payroll-related processes from hire to exit. You’ll manage transfers, promotions, compensation changes, data accuracy, and the compliance framework that underpins them. You’ll report to the Head of Talent and partner with the Employee Experience team on onboarding/offboarding. The role may be NYC-based or East Coast remote, with a focus on scalable People processes.
