The Culinary Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations, including managing the culinary staff, menu execution, and food quality and safety. This is a Full-time position requiring flexible hours during the weekdays (11am-7pm) and every other weekend (7am-3pm) and does require a current Serv Safe Manager certification. Free CEUs Career Growth & Advancement Leadership Development Program Culinary Supervisor qualifications include: Current Serv Safe Manager certification 1 year of Supervisory experience in Culinary services 2 years of experience working in health care setting Experience working in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred Experience working in a Person-directed care community preferred Strong knowledge of menu execution and compliance standards for meal service, food quality, and CMS requirements Genuine passion for working with elders Strong team work and leadership skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organization and time management skills A.G.
