Hampton Inn & Suites Port St. Lucie is looking for a Front Desk Agent who brings positive energy, professionalism, and a passion for great service.

What You’ll Do:
- Welcome guests with a smile and handle smooth, efficient check-ins & check-outs
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and special requests
- Answer phones, coordinate guest needs, and assist other departments
- Maximize room revenue through suggestive selling
- Handle cash, billing, and guest accounts accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards
- Jump in to help wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, reliable, and guest-focused attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and professionally
- Comfortable using reservation and inventory systems (or eager to learn!)Previous hotel front desk experience preferred, but not required (2+ years in customer service, sales, or similar roles welcomed)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays)
