Role Description: The Information Technology Support Technician is a contract, on-site role based in Nashville, TN, providing day-to-day technical support for the team’s production and office environments. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on desktop computers, managing printer setup and troubleshooting, and performing routine computer repair and maintenance. The technician will respond to support requests, document issues and resolutions, and ensure all systems are running efficiently to support video production schedules. This role may also assist with basic network connectivity, peripheral setup, user training on common tools, and coordination with external vendors when specialized support is needed.

Qualifications: Genuine passion for computers, gaming hardware, and technology Hands-on IT experience, whether from a job, freelance work, school, or personal projects like building PCs or running a home lab Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware Understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)Familiarity with servers and network storage (Windows Server, NAS, or similar)Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain tech in plain language Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment Ability to work on-site in Nashville, TN and collaborate effectively with a small, creative team Preferred CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification Experience supporting video production workflows (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and cloud backup tools Prior experience in entertainment, digital content, or creator-led brands To Apply Submit your resume through Indeed.
