We're intentionally keeping this position open to two types of people. The experienced Lead Technician who's hungry for the next step and wants the opportunity to prove they can lead a department. ORThe experienced Mitigation Manager who's already been there, knows how to run jobs and lead people, and wants to join a growing company where there's room to build something. We don't care nearly as much about the title currently on your business card as we do about what you can actually do. Can you walk into a water loss and know what needs to happen? Can you properly set up and manage a mitigation job? Can you lead technicians and hold a crew accountable? Can you communicate with a homeowner who's having one of the worst days they've had in a long time? Can you document the job correctly, solve problems, protect the company, and keep the project moving? Most importantly, do you want more? More responsibility. More opportunity. More leadership.
