The project scope includes replacing access doors on two buildings located at the fuel depot. The CQM will be responsible for managing the project's Quality Control Program and ensuring construction activities meet contract requirements, project specifications, and applicable quality standards. This is a fully onsite position supporting the project through construction and closeout.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer the project's Quality Control Program
- Conduct preparatory, initial, and follow-up phase inspections
- Ensure construction and renovation work complies with project plans, specifications, and contract requirements
- Oversee quality control activities related to access-door replacement across two buildings
- Review submittals, RFIs, drawings, and quality documentationCoordinate required inspections and testing with subcontractors and project leadership
- Identify deficiencies, document corrective actions, and verify completion
- Maintain daily QC reports, inspection logs, and project documentationCoordinate with project leadership, subcontractors, and government representatives
- Support punch list activities, project closeout, and final acceptance
