Offering a hybrid work environment, the full-time Illinois Licensed Litigation Paralegal will manage case files, assist with trial preparation, and handle client communications while leveraging over 3 years of litigation experience.
Key responsibilities: Conduct document review and production, including drafting and responding to discovery requests Organize and index large caseloads, preparing exhibits and assisting during trials Perform legal research and investigations to support litigation efforts
Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (preferred) ABA approved Paralegal certificate (preferred) 2+ years of trial and litigation paralegal experience Experience with Relativity or comparable litigation support software Solid understanding of State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
