Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Equipment Service Manager based in Odem, TX. The Service Manager will oversee and manage the service department, ensuring efficiency and productivity in equipment repairs and maintenance. Responsibilities include supervising service team members, managing project timelines, maintaining budgets, coordinating inspections, and ensuring high service standards. The role requires a hands-on approach to team leadership and operational management in a fast-paced environment.
