Role Description:
The Manufacturing Engineer Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Bryan, OH.The day-to-day responsibilities of this position includes assisting in the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes for our portfolio of prescription-grade phototherapy products. This role works closely with engineers, production staff, and quality teams to support production operations, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production systems Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing documentation Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including experience with quality control practices, basic measurement tools, and root-cause problem solving. Experience with data collection and analysis tools Understanding of quality systems and statistical process control (SPC)Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement. Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field preferred.1-3 years of manufacturing, production, maintenance, or engineering support experience preferred Must be able to be on-site in Bryan, OHExpected salary range: $63K-74.6KWork Environment This role is within an office environment and may include hands-on work in our production facility (connected to the office).
