Phoenix, Arizona Explain a typical day in the role.:An ITIM acts as the conductor of the technical fit-out effort, ensuring the right infrastructure, vendors, materials, approvals, and stakeholders are aligned so a data center can be safely delivered on schedule, within budget, and ready for operations.
Summary:
The main function of a construction supervisor/manager – production is to supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers.
Job Responsibilities:
Implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency. Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems. Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems. Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances. Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products. Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
Skills:
Verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage one’s time. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance. Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models. What is the ideal background of a candidate for this role?:Typically someone who combines technical infrastructure experience, project/program management expertise, and construction/vendor coordination skills. Experience:

Salary Range:
$1,87,000 - 1,97,000 Annually -Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
