Talent Acquisition Lead – Sales/GTM (Go To Market) Downtown New York City 175-200k plus equity We’re partnering with a founder-led, high-growth, Silicon Valley AI technology company (~150 employees) on a search for a Talent Acquisition Lead who wants to do more than fill open roles - this person will help shape how the company hires. This is a hands-on senior IC opportunity for an experienced recruiter who thrives in fast-moving, scaling environments and enjoys partnering directly with hiring managers and executives. What you’ll own: Full-cycle recruiting, with a strong focus on Go-to-Market (GTM) talent Proactive sourcing and closing of passive candidates Executive and hiring-manager partnership Structured, equitable interview processes Candidate experience from first conversation through close Recruiting strategy, data, tooling, and process improvement Mentoring and raising the bar for recruiting excellence
What we’re looking for:
  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with strong tenure in position and track record of promotion
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
  • Proven success closing top, competitive talent
  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder-management skills
  • Experience recruiting across Sales, Marketing, Product or Customer Success in B2B SaaSComfortable operating with autonomy, ambiguity, and high expectations
