Ideal candidates will also have experience drafting and negotiating EPC contracts in the energy sector.. We seek candidates with immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized law schools as well as prior experience in a large or mid-sized law firm.. Draft and negotiate EPC contracts on large infrastructure and energy projects.. Work with construction teams on litigation and arbitration matters, providing support in all aspects of this dispute, including drafting of pleadings, discovery, motions, preparation and taking of depositions, mediations, and arbitration hearings / trials.. Engage in both physical and sedentary activity, such as (a) working at a computer for extended periods of time, including on-screen reading and typing; (b) participating in digital/virtual conference calls; (c) participating in meetings as needed;

Prior trial experience, moot court, or mock trial experience (at least 1 year preferred). Litigation Management: Managing diverse caseloads and representing clients in complex litigation matters in various businesses (e.g., airplane owners, airlines, pilots, aviation maintenance companies, repair shops, aviation manufacturers, component manufacturers, maintenance crews, Fixed-Based Operators, Private charter operations, and more).. Litigation Support: Provide litigation support to the Managing Litigation Attorney as needed.. The Litigation Associate Attorney will not have any direct reports..
