Work closely with the President, Music Director, Artistic Advisor, & Director of Artistic Administration to shape the offerings of the orchestra in accordance with strategic leadership in experience &market strategy led by the Chief Marketing & Experience Officer.. Our client is currently seeking a Nigh Shift Production Supervisor for their manufacturing facility located in Kansas City MO. This is a Union plant manufacturing packaging materials.. The Supervisor will have roughly 18-22 Direct Reports and be responsible for monitoring production schedules, upholding quality & safety standards / SOP's and performing random autonomous maintenance to ensure plant operational efficiency..
