The Tepa Companies are seeking a Concrete Carpenter/Finisher to perform many tasks that require physical labor on construction sites in all types of weather.. In addition, the Concrete Carpenter/Finisher will assist other craft workers when required as well.. Operate hand and power tools of all types: Demo Saws, pneumatic Jack hammers, heavy duty core drills, Rebar bender/Cutter, Electric saws, drills, misc.. hand tools, surveying and measuring equipment, small equipment and skid steer loaders, finish tools for concrete placement to include vibratory roller screed, vibratory truss screed, manual wet screed, vibratory concrete consolidation tools and a variety of finish tools to include walk-behind trowels.. Responsibilities as assigned, including, but not limited to: Layout, read and understand grade stations/stakes, curb/gutter, flat work, structural/retaining walls, operate skid steer.

Experience with Active Directory, GPO, and virtualization technologies.. Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
