Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), VLANs, VPNs, and network security principles.
Knowledge of Cisco call manager and Cisco Unity VM. Program and trouble shoot VOIP phone and telecom issues. Help manage physical connections coming in from ISP for demarc/fiber/POTS/Fax lines. Work with the network team in resolving network, wireless and VoIP issues. Basic physical layer troubleshooting for Network Switches and fiber connections
