Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or related field; eight years of experience in network infrastructure, information security, web development and or development/administration, to include three years of planning, configuring, maintaining enterprise voice/telephony infrastructure, with recent hands-on work in Microsoft Teams Phone; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Proficiency in IP telephony, VoIP protocols (SIP), and enterprise network fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, QoS).
