The Director EHS and Sustainability role includes management and operation of the company’s Environment, Health & Safety (including Environmental Compliance) and Sustainability operations. Lead the annual ESG Report preparation including information and data gathering, content development and external assurance. Coordinate and implement SB Energy's sustainable development programs like CSR, Carbon Neutrality, Water Positive, Waste/Landfill, Energy Efficiency, Sustainability reporting etc. 10+ years of progressive EHS, Environmental Compliance and ESG management experience in multi-location renewable and/or energy construction, with a minimum of 5 years leadership experience. Strong understanding of compliance requirements with applicable local and state discretionary permits and environmental laws, including the Clean Water Act (CWA), Clean Air Act (CAA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Endangered Species Act (ESA), Migratory Bird Treaty Act (MBTA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Environmental Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA), and/or California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
