The Construction Superintendent is responsible for the daily activity on the job site to ensure the subcontractors are performing according to the contract and that the budget, site plans and schedules are adhered to.. Hold preconstruction meetings with subcontractors, private utilities, and municipal officials. Conduct daily clean-up (trash, debris, street cleaning). Oversee and tally all earthwork haul tickets and submit to project manager on a weekly basis. Monitor OSHA safety regulations and ensure subcontractor compliance
