The role of the Senior Project Manager - Heavy Civil and Environmental Experience is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. A Senior Project Manager is the principal project administrator and communications. Coordinate and administer all project preconstruction efforts including internal job setup, subcontracting, vendor procurement, buyouts, scheduling, submittals, and plan writing. Familiarity with project management and estimating software (e.g., Viewpoint Vista, B2W, Heavy Job/Bid) is beneficial, but not required. Knowledge of costing and earned revenue concepts, such as the Cost-to-Cost method of Earned Revenue Recognition for long-term construction contracts, % Complete, and AIA Progress Billings, is beneficial but not obligatory.
