Attorney would be responsible for: Advising government contractors regarding their contracts with federal agencies, including, but not limited to, compliance and regulatory issues; drafting and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers performing on government contracts; counseling clients on claims and disputes involving government contracts, including preparing and prosecuting requests for equitable adjustment and claims; and assisting clients with bid protests. Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of government contracts experience. While we work in a wide range of industries, prior work involving the construction industry is preferred.
