Strong ServiceNow Architect experience (10+ years overall, 4+ years as Architect)
Hands-on expertise in:
- ITSM, CSMSOM / TSM (Telecom Service Management – MUST HAVE)
- Proven experience in:
- End-to-end solution architecture & implementationWorkflow automation (incident, provisioning, fulfillment)
- ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems (APIs, workflows)
- Strong exposure to Telecom domain / network service lifecycleRole ExpectationsLead ServiceNow architecture & design decisionsDrive platform adoption (ITSM, CSM, SOM, TSM)
