Key Responsibilities:
Assess training needs and partner with stakeholders to design and deliver effective research administration training
Ensure research-related policies are current and effectively communicated to all stakeholders
Develop engaging content for websites and newsletters to enhance communication across the research compliance team
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, education, or project management
5-7 years of relevant experience, including 4-6 years in grants administration
1-2 years of training and development experience, potentially concurrent with grants administration
Knowledge of grants administration, communications, and instructional design
Experience with learning management systems and video design/development is preferred
