Supporting the design and delivery of learning initiatives, the full-time Organizational Development Analyst will manage training content, assist with learning systems, and enhance the learner experience in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities: Conduct learning needs assessments and gather stakeholder input Develop and maintain training content, including eLearning and video modules Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person learning events
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related field 5+ years of experience in learning and development or a related field Familiarity with learning management systems, preferably Workday Learning Experience with Articulate Rise or similar content creation tools Exposure to group facilitation or change management is a plus
