  • Long-term, top performers can grow into VP-level leadership. This is the same path our current senior leaders took.

  • Base salary + commissions
  • Full benefits
  • Strong corporate support — you focus on selling and growing
  • Access to best-in-class tools and resources:

  • Once the business supports it, open your own branch
  • Hire and lead your own sales and operations team
  • Progress into Branch Manager, with future VP opportunities
  • If you already have a portable book of business and are ready to build a team or open a location sooner, that’s something we’re open to discussing directly with leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven freight brokerage / 3PL sales experience
  • Strong hunter mentality with cradle-to-grave knowledge
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you want ownership, not just a desk
  • Comfortable building business from scratch
  • Interested in leadership and long-term growth
