Indiana Licensed English Teacher

Key responsibilities: Deliver live, on-camera synchronous instruction for five or more hours per day, creating an engaging virtual classroom experience Use student performance data to personalize instruction and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs Build relationships with students and families through proactive communication and maintain accurate records of student progress

Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field with an active state teaching license in English/Language Arts for grades 6-12 Experience teaching in virtual and/or in-person settings, comfortable with live online classroom demands Hands-on experience with online learning platforms and virtual instruction tools Ability to read and utilize student performance data to inform instruction Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a full student caseload in a remote environment
