Key responsibilities:
Deliver live, synchronous instruction for five or more hours daily, creating an engaging virtual classroom experience
Use student performance data to personalize instruction and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs
Provide timely feedback on student work and maintain accurate records to keep students and families informed
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
Active state teaching license in Indiana or Minnesota in Social Science for grades 6-12
Experience teaching in virtual and/or in-person settings
Familiarity with online learning platforms and virtual instruction tools
Ability to analyze student performance data to inform instructional adjustments
