Mountain Ridge, a key member of the HealthONE network, is seeking a qualified RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional healthcare services. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate patient care activities within our facility, ensuring efficient operation of the healthcare environment while maintaining high standards of care. The ideal candidate will facilitate the continuity of care, manage clinical services, and serve as a bridge between patients, families, and healthcare teams. Coordinate and evaluate patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the care plan. Implement nursing processes by coordinating patient scheduling, treatments, and integrated plans for patient care. Monitor compliance with healthcare standards, laws, and regulations. Mentor and guide nursing staff while fostering a collaborative atmosphere. Participate in developmental programs to continually improve clinical practices. Handle administrative duties associated with patient care, including maintaining accurate records of patient treatment and progress.
