We're a growth-stage company looking for a Senior Legal Recruiter to join our team and help scale our recruiting operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing and qualifying top legal talent to meet the needs of our clients. This is a full-time, salaried position (with commission), and an opportunity to shape the future of legal work at a rapidly growing venture backed legal tech company. An ideal candidate is passionate about the enterprise legal vertical, data-driven, analytical, organized and creative and can think big and execute flawlessly while thriving in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a fully remote position. Connect highly qualified legal professionals to incredible in-house opportunities Reach out to and interact with prospective candidates to build a talent pipeline to meet current and future clients' needs for both temporary and permanent legal roles. Draft candidate summaries and/or presentations highlighting strengths and relevant work experience for client consideration. Minimum of 3 years of experience within the legal recruiting field. Recruiting experience focused on in-house contract attorney or legal professionals (paralegal, legal operations, legal admins) placement is a plus. Someone who will iterate and improve recruiting processes over time.
