Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist

First International Bank & Trust in Phoenix is seeking a Loan Documentation Review Specialist to join our Loan Operations team. You will review attorney-prepared loan documents to ensure they reflect the approved terms, and prepare in-house documents using LaserPro while reviewing corporate records and signing authority. You will collaborate with lenders, attorneys and internal partners to resolve discrepancies and support specialized Reserve Based Lending documentation requirements.
