JCW has partnered with a well-established credit union seeking a Commercial Loan Documentation Manager based out of Phoenix, Arizona. This is an exciting opportunity to supervise within the commercial loan documentation function, overseeing the preparation and review of complex and nonstandard loan documents while ensuring quality control standards, service level agreements, and compliance requirements are met across the team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and validate complex and nonstandard loan documents.
Documentation QC review, policy and regulatory alignment, and exception tracking.
Partner with Processing, Closing, Quality Control, and Servicing teams to ensure compliant and timely closings.
Coordinate with outside counsel on legal reviews and complex transactions.
Supervise including coaching, performance management, and team development.
Qualifications:
7+ years of Loan Documentation experience.
Hands-on experience with commercial and business loan documentation including loan agreements, promissory notes, security agreements, and entity documents.
Ability to travel onsite in Phoenix, Arizona.
Experience with CRE and SBA loan documentation.proficiency in LaserPro preferred. xhyhwjd Strong understanding of commercial lending documentation requirements and governance standards.
