Key responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based therapy using various modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT
Manage a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up
Utilize data to inform treatment decisions and collaborate with other providers as needed
Required qualifications:
Independently licensed in Florida as LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with adult clients (18+)
At least 6 months of teletherapy experience
Proficiency with clinical assessments and EHR systems
Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states, with costs covered by the employer
