Key responsibilities:
Perform virtual counseling, psychotherapy, and comprehensive mental health evaluations
Determine and implement behavioral health treatment plans, evaluating mental health assessments and providing evidence-based support
Conduct monthly chart reviews as part of the peer review QA process
Required qualifications:
Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from accredited programs
Active and unrestricted licensure (LCSW, LPC/LMHC, or LMFT) in Tennessee
2+ years of unsupervised, post-licensure psychotherapy treatment experience (varies by licensure type)
Experience with technology and understanding of digital tools and platforms
