Key responsibilities: Conduct thorough investigations, including interviewing involved parties and collecting evidence to analyze coverage and liability Manage property damage claims for both represented and non-represented parties, ensuring compliance with policy provisions Negotiate settlements and assess damages while maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications: Minimum of two years of property claims handling experience High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Must possess or secure appropriate state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits Strong negotiation skills and ability to make informed decisions Experience in evaluating claims for potential fraud and working with investigative units
