Texas Licensed Auto Liability Specialist

Key responsibilities: Evaluate and investigate policy coverage, liability, and damages according to claims guidelines Assist customers with inquiries regarding claims through phone and written communication Maintain a diary of open claims and ensure timely review of appraisals and correspondence

Required qualifications: 6 months to 1 year of property claims handling experience High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred Proficient in PC and Windows applications Must have or secure appropriate state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits Completion of INS or other insurance-related courses preferred
