To support a growing practice, the full-time remote Technical Implementation Analyst will manage lab certifications, automate processes, and serve as the primary contact for lab partners, ensuring seamless integration of customer data.
Key responsibilities: Own lab certifications end-to-end, including building test plans and running cases for new requests Maintain oversight of approximately 30 certification processes simultaneously, proactively addressing any delays Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline manual certification tasks and improve efficiency
Required qualifications: 2+ years of experience in implementations, integrations, or technical support for API-based products Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript Experience working in environments with active networks of partners and integrations Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high ownership of tasks Familiarity with lab or healthcare data, including HL7 and EMRs, is a plus
