Key Responsibilities:
Leads requirements and delivery coordination across multiple concurrent initiatives and distribution partner integrations
Defines and enforces standards for requirements documentation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and stakeholder communication
Mentors analysts and contributes to team development and onboarding
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or delivery roles, managing cross-functional initiatives
Ability to write engineering-ready requirements and design/run UAT with traceability and defect triage
Working knowledge of partner business areas such as Salesforce-based workflows, claims, or compliance
Experience with Jira, Confluence, APIs, and Postman
