Key responsibilities:
Oversee billing and follow-up activities for all retained billing offices, ensuring compliance and operational excellence
Collaborate with clinics and operational leaders to improve revenue cycle workflows and financial performance
Drive strategies to enhance collections, reduce receivables, and improve the patient and provider experience
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in accounts receivable management
8 years of leadership experience within a healthcare setting
5 years of experience in medical revenue cycle management
3 years of executive-level relationship management experience
