Key responsibilities:
Establish affordability goals and financial targets aligned with organizational objectives
Collaborate with operational leaders to develop intervention strategies that reduce unnecessary cost growth
Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand root causes of healthcare cost growth
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with six years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with three years of relevant experience
Experience in financial project management, healthcare data analysis, or cost management
At least two years of supervisory experience managing employees
Valid driver's license and U.S. residency
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
