Other Management Consulting ServicesAll Other Legal ServicesAdministrative Management and General Management Consulting ServicesTo support a growing post-acute healthcare organization, the full-time onsite or hybrid Idaho Licensed Contracts Counsel will draft, review, negotiate, and manage a high volume of vendor contracts while collaborating with business leaders and implementing a Contracts Management Solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate routine commercial contracts, including vendor agreements and service agreements
Maintain accurate contract records and assist with the implementation of a Contracts Management Solution to improve efficiency
Provide practical legal guidance and training to internal stakeholders regarding contracting processes and requirements
Required Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Admission to and good standing with the bar of at least one U.S. jurisdiction
One to three years of experience in contract drafting, management, or legal support
Strong contract drafting, review, and analytical skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn contract management systems
