Employment Law Attorney

Responsibilities: Advise and counsel employers on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including hiring practices, employee agreements, workplace policies, and employee handbooks. Handle employment-related litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage-and-hour disputes. Counsel employers on disciplinary actions, termination policies, disability accommodations, and leave-related matters. Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings, as well as arbitration and mediation.

Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active license and in good standing with the Colorado State Bar. Experience handling labor and employment law matters, including employment counseling and/or litigation. Why Consider This Opportunity?
