Litigation Paralegal

Key Responsibilities: Partner with attorneys throughout all phases of the litigation process Coordinate and prepare materials for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial Draft and manage pleadings, subpoenas, motions, and other legal documents Maintain litigation calendars and ensure compliance with court deadlines File documents in both state and federal courts using e-filing systems Analyze and summarize medical records, billing records, and deposition testimony Organize case files, discovery materials, and exhibits Track cases from intake through resolution Desired Qualifications 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience Insurance defense background strongly preferred Strong understanding of court procedures and litigation deadlines Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities Ability to prioritize multiple matters while maintaining accuracy Independent work ethic with a collaborative team approach iManage Microsoft Office Suite Adobe Acrobat Aderant
