Key responsibilities:
Analyze portfolio performance, customer behavior, and key risk indicators across products and segments
Utilize big data analytics to identify risk patterns and develop reports and dashboards for monitoring risk metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the design and rollout of new products and policies
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in risk management, fraud analytics, or a related data-driven role, preferably in the Fintech sector
Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools
Understanding of consumer lending, digital wallets, transfers, and fintech risk models
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
