Key responsibilities:
Align business strategy with analytics, structured decision frameworks, and performance metrics
Translate business challenges into technical specifications and actionable projects
Conduct exploratory analysis on property/portfolio data to provide executive recommendations
Required qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in business analytics, strategy consulting, data science consulting, or real estate decision analytics
Proven track record in technical execution, project management, and client delivery
Hands-on proficiency with leading LLMs/AI platforms, preferably OpenAI
Strong analytical skills with structured/unstructured datasets, SQL, Python, Excel, and enterprise BI tools
Understanding of real estate business processes is preferred
