Senior Counsel, Employment Law

Key responsibilities: Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and stakeholders on labor and employment matters, including hiring, compensation, and employee relations Advise on sensitive employee relations issues and manage dispute resolution and litigation processes Provide counsel on regulatory and compliance issues related to the company's platform and workforce

Required qualifications: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school or global equivalent, with active bar admission in good standing 7+ years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, focusing on global labor and employment matters Demonstrated experience managing complex legal matters, including litigation and regulatory compliance Ability to evaluate complex legal and business risks and provide practical guidance to stakeholders
