Director, FP&A — Corporate G&A & Compensation

AIR Communities is seeking a Director of Corporate FP&A in Denver to lead enterprise FP&A for Corporate G&A and compensation. You will own forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and partner with stakeholders to drive process improvements and data-driven decisions. The role requires deep financial modeling, executive communication, and collaboration with HR, IT, and external partners. In-office 5 days a week in Denver, CO with a focus on compensation planning and governance.
