Key responsibilities:
Answer crisis helplines with care and compassion in accordance with training expectations
Document crisis contacts in an electronic health record system accurately and in a timely manner
Triage crisis contacts and collaborate with team members to ensure availability for escalated crises
Required qualifications:
Able to meet Qualified Mental Health Associate requirements
Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques
Proficient in a web-based computer environment and multi-line phone systems
Ability to independently triage crisis contacts effectively
Strong attendance and punctuality, with a commitment to scheduled shifts
