Key responsibilities:
Assess presenting problems and psychosocial stressors during crisis calls
Complete risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of callers
Utilize programmatic systems to monitor performance measures effectively
Required qualifications:
Associate Degree required
One year or more of crisis or mental health-related experience preferred
Ability to earn MHRT-CSP certification within 30 days of employment
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus
Must successfully pass a criminal background check and other required screenings
