Key responsibilities:
Lead, develop, and manage a team of direct reports, ensuring accountability and performance tracking
Audit daily work for quality and productivity, providing real-time feedback to enhance performance
Facilitate training for new and re-engaging counselors, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to protocols
Required qualifications:
Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience
License in Clinical Social Work (LiCSW) or similar certification preferred
2+ years of supervisory experience in a crisis care or contact center setting
Demonstrated knowledge of LGBTQ+ issues and crisis management protocols
Strong resilience and adaptability in handling crisis situations
