TECHNICAL RECRUITER (REMOTE WORK)

We're looking for a highly motivated Technical Recruiterto join our Denver team! To note - this role is primarily remote / onsite 1x per week. Manage and build astrong candidate pipelineof technical professionals nationwide Own the full recruiting process— sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing Conductcold calls, outreach, and follow-upsto engage top talent Partner closely with Account Managers to align talent with client needs Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within our ATSIdeally 1–3+ years of experience ina sales centric/recruiting environment (not a must have)A proactive, goal-oriented mindset - you like to win and help others win Confidence picking up the phone and driving results through outreach Annual salary & bonus incentives.~401k, dental, medical, vision, company-paid holidays, paid time off, and Mondo's FUEL program for reimbursements on certain wellness expenses.~ Adherence to local laws regarding public health emergencies and paid sick leave.
